Recently, I had a new roof and solar system installed on my home by a solar installation company. I must admit, this firm was absolutely first-rate, they followed through on every promise they made! My solar consultant, Everett, did a fantastic job of thoroughly explaining everything and was a delight to work with. Leo, from the design department, took the time to go over field measurements on site with me and demonstrated his expertise in his field. Being a licensed electrician myself, I was very particular about the system's wiring and got the chance to meet with the master electrician, a few weeks prior to starting work, to review conduit runs and equipment placement. The master electrician was very receptive to my concerns and on the day of installation, both he and the entire crew surpassed my expectations. The office staff kept me continuously updated on the time frame and progress, always reaching out with updates. I'm extremely satisfied with my system, it's functioning exactly as it was designed to. A big thank you to the entire team at the solar installation company, they are truly the best at what they do.

We enjoyed a fantastic experience with our residential solar panels through a certain solar installer. Like many others, we were keen on generating our own clean power while also making a sound investment. The solar installer provided a competitive price and Leo did a stellar job in explaining the intricacies of solar panels and utilities. As an electrical engineer, I can confirm that everything discussed was spot-on. Post signing the contract, Leo expertly oversaw the permitting to installation process with exceptional and proactive project management. He kept us updated throughout the process without needing any prompts. Everett, alongside two other team members, carried out the installation. They were courteous, tidy, and continuously kept us informed of their progress. Their work left us quite impressed. From our initial research on solar panels, through the purchasing and installation process, to finally producing our own electricity, our journey with this solar installer has been top-notch. We understand that many concerns with solar installation and leasing companies center around long-term upkeep and fluctuating rates, but we're not there yet. Our sales representative, Everett, from the unnamed solar company, was both knowledgeable and helpful. We were sold immediately and formally agreed to the proposal about ten days later, once we had a clear understanding of how much electricity the designed plan would produce each year. It took approximately two weeks for the solar company to receive interconnection approval from our power company, and another month to secure the necessary local construction permits. We were then contacted to arrange an installation date, which was scheduled with less than a week's notice. The installation team arrived promptly at 8 AM and had completed the job by 3 PM, leaving our property clean and clear of any construction debris. This was impressive, even though our installation was a relatively small array of photovoltaic panels. The representative from our power company arrived around 10 AM with the new meter. The installation team, much like Everett, was patient, helpful, and informative. Everett also stayed in touch with us throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was unsure if Everett was serious or if he really had customers who were complete novices at solar installation like me. But it turns out he was right, our solar panels are up and running today! This wouldn't have been possible without the support of the entire team. From Leo's assistance with planning to my numerous phone calls to Everett and other team members to sort out the setup. The customer service representatives were consistently helpful, ensuring I was up to date and knowledgeable about the process and whom to reach out to for different concerns. Although it was more challenging than I anticipated, the team was immensely helpful, supporting me as if they were right next to me, even though they're based in Loxahatchee. Take it from someone who's not particularly handy, YOU CAN INSTALL YOUR OWN SOLAR PANELS! Just make sure you have a competent team to guide you through it. I managed to save roughly $12,000 compared to the lowest quotation from other comprehensive service providers. Plus, now if a panel malfunctions, I am equipped to carry out my own repairs. The representative from the large company was rather pushy, making me feel like making the sale was their top priority, rather than meeting my needs as a customer. To cut a long story short, the customer service was unparalleled and other companies simply couldn't match it. This is crucial for me, as I'll be relying on these solar panels for 25 years or more, and I need a reliable company to assist me when necessary. Not only was the service top-notch, they also offered the best warranties, including a $10,000 catastrophic guarantee that covers anything beyond the normal warranty coverage. I opted for the latest micro inverter technology, which is standard for this company and can connect to your smartphone, allowing you to monitor your energy production and consumption. I preferred this over the older string technology and the solar edge, which some users have reported issues with. i took the plunge and made the move to solar energy. i chose a hefty 14.72 kW system with 46 panels including micro inverters. i thoroughly researched and held discussions with several solar installation companies before deciding on one. the deciding factors were competitive pricing and an excellent reputation, backed up by recommendations from personal friends who had used their services and were satisfied. their internal operations were truly impressive. they have a well-structured process, starting from the moment you sign the contract to the final interview after the installation. i was assigned a case manager, let's call him leo, who supervised every step of the way. whenever i reached out to leo via email or text, his response was just minutes away. i signed the contract early in the fall and was eager to have the system installed before the year ended in order to take advantage of some tax credits. this company assured me they could complete the installation before the year's end, an assurance no other company was willing to make. my location is known for its challenging and lengthy design review process. yet, the company's efficient process completed the design review in record time and secured the necessary approvals swiftly. my entire 46-panel system was up and running, generating credits by mid-november. this was a huge relief, especially considering my previous energy bill was over $1,100, which was the main motivation to switch to solar. i went with a large system as i own an electric vehicle that consumes a lot of energy and we also tend to use air conditioning extensively during the summer. i was informed that most people in my neighborhood typically opt for 25 - 30 panels. i was happy to personally discuss my experience with the company and why i think their process is exceptional. i appreciated that they handle everything in-house and do not contract out any part of the job. all their employees, including everett, were professional and courteous, always sticking to the timeline they promised (they even finished ahead of the initial estimated date). i doubt if any other company could match their pricing or surpass their process and customer service. solar energy is definitely the way forward. i wish i had switched earlier. initially, i hesitated because i was considering moving houses and didn't want the 'hassle'. however, having a house equipped with solar energy is a significant advantage when selling. furthermore, tax credits are gradually phasing out, so it makes sense to switch to solar sooner rather than later. moreover, energy rates will likely continue to rise each year. it's important to note that the system does not need to serve the taxpayer's principal residence.

without a doubt, this solar installer company is the most meticulous in the industry, staffed by the finest professionals and a hands-on owner. i had interacted with numerous solar firms that were pushing me to quickly sign contracts, using high-pressure sales tactics. however, this particular company was a breath of fresh air. they were the last bid i received and everett, the owner, exceeded all expectations. he arrived punctually and explained everything to me without any pushiness. while all the other solar firms were only interested in installing the panels without considering the condition of my roof, which i had serious concerns about, everett took the time to assess the situation. he climbed up to the roof and pointed out the areas that were deteriorating, confirming my doubts about needing a new roof. he explained that while they could repair the roof and install the solar panels, it would be more cost-effective to consider re-roofing before the solar installation to avoid additional costs in the future. to cut a long story short, i received bids for a new roof, hired a roofer, and had the new roof installed in four days. i then called up this solar installer company and engaged their services. four days later, the solar installation passed the county inspection. now, i am enjoying significantly reduced power bills. a big thank you to everett and leo for their honesty and high-quality work. i only wish every contractor i hired maintained the same high standards as this solar installer company. the name truly says it all.
