Let me start with this...Jon Hungerford is a man of his word. His integrity is exemplary.

We had solar panels installed about 10 years ago with another company; but it did not meet all of our energy needs. I contacted Jon and he explained to my wife and me what steps we could take to upgrade our system.

His explanations were thorough and easy to understand. The information he provided from our PG&E data made it clear to us that 16 additional panels would make a world of difference for us and our monthly PG&E bill.

So, did our "dreams" come true? Read on!

We had the additional 16 panels added almost a year ago. Before we added those panels, our annual "true-up" bill with PG&E was almost $2,000! Yes...$2,000! This year, with the additional panels, our true-up bill will likely be under $100. ?

Everything Jon explained to us...from the initial paperwork, to the drawings of the specific plan for our home, to the installation...was accurate. There were no surprises.

Jon Hungerford, and Sunrun, have lived up to every promise!

The experience I had with Jon was wonderful. He talked about how solar would work and walked us through the entire process. The process from signing paperwork to actually getting panels placed on our roof was literally a total of 2 months if that. It took longer for PG&E to finally switch our service. Jon is very knowledgeable and also gave great advice on how to get the most out of panels. He also checks in which was a surprise thinking that I wouldn’t hear from him after the switch. He told me that he is my representative as long as I am with SunRun. Thank you Jon for everything you do.

Jon is the reason my experience with Sunrun was such a positive one. He is very knowledgeable about his field, and doing business with him is more like working with a friend than a salesman. I never once felt like he was making a hard-sale, and he was honest with me through the whole process. Jon made sure that everything went according to plan throughout the process; he even checked on us during and after installation. Jon is not the kind of person who disappears after the sale is made. He wants to make sure that his customers are happy, and he knows that solar is a way that he can help people save money in the long run. Great experience!
