Sun run’s customer service is terrible. They say calls are recorded but you have to explain every detail to them every single time you call. They do not pass along information correctly to their team members the way they say they will. We’ve experienced ongoing issues for months because someone did not cover 2 drill holes properly which caused immense damage to our home. A simple mistake which was forgiven but then getting the damages fixed is taking far too long. Past half a year. We are ready to just take this to court because this is ridiculous.

Terrible company. Customer service is non existent. Door to door salespeople ignore “no soliciting” signs, and keep coming after you tell them no. Calling sunrun corporate to ask to be taken off all promotions didn’t work. They literally don’t care about you at all. They’ll put you on hold forever if they don’t like what you have to say. Stay far away. Total scam company.

There's a reason we have a "No Soliciting" sign. You're supposed to respect it. It's easy to see the sign - it's right above our Ring doorbell. You chose to ignore it, possibly because you saw the electric car out front and couldn't resist. It was an unwelcome visit and very disruptive to our day.

By the way, it's a violation of Plainfield ordinances to disregard a "no soliciting" sign. It should be the FIRST thing you guys look for before knocking. It's really not hard, and if you can't properly train your sales team with that, I can't imagine trusting you with installing a solar system.

Same story for another sun run business. They ignore no soliciting signs, swear when you don't answer the door and sent salesman four times in the last month and a half, avoid these people like the plague
