Adam Barnes from SunScout helped us out and he did a tremendous job explaining how many solar panels he believed we needed, how long it would take, and what we can expect. He met my expectations and installed our system very quickly. The panels look flush on our roof and look great. I would definitely reach out again for any new projects. Adam Branes work with me o. Getting solar on my home. I had been going back and forth on if I should get it or not. Adam educated my o. The benefits and Cons of the different options. He work with me on the financial side of it and it was very easy. They kept me Informed on the installation of it. The Installer were a great bunch of guys. The answered all my question and educated my on the use of the system. Two thumbs up for me.

My installation went well until we got towards the end. Our goal was to get this in and lock in the NEM 2.0 rates. This company dropped off the face of the earth before the work was completed. After multiple assurances that my application was submitted to SCE, I found out after the NEM 2.0 deadline had passed that the it was actually never completed or submitted. A bad review is pretty much just a chance to vent, as this company no longer exists.

Most of these reviews were written at the request of the owner well before the work was completed, if it was completed. I remember the day he asked me to write a review when the work was nowhere near completion and thought this was a very odd request.
Sad to see how many 5 star reviews there were.
The solar on my house is yet to be interconnected with Edison almost a year later. Adam has since changed his number and the assistant who was helping him, Elizabeth, says she no longer is associated with Adam or the company.
This is sad. What a pathetic way to live a life and to run a business.

After asking friends for a referral, I contacted Sun Scout for solar panels. Adam, walked me through the process, the timelines, and provided a written quote the same day. The estimate stayed right on target, and far exceeded my expectations. All members of his crew from the installers to the billing department are courteous, professional and dependable. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun Scout to anyone.
