It was truly wonderful to stay at this hotel. Thank you for your heartfelt hospitality—it made our stay unforgettable. It felt like a beacon of light, much like the beautiful lights shining outside the hotel. We hope to visit again soon!"

Good location in Pacific Grove. Short walk to see great sunsets and watch sea otters play in the surf. Our room had a gas fireplace, fridge and microwave. Small bathroom sink area but typical of that era. Staff were helpful. Would highly recommend.

He told me he was the manager but did nothing to manage the issues that kept arising. Not an honest or integral person.

No hot water, no WiFi, no cell service connection, heater was making noises all night, pillows were hard and sheets were rough.

He came off as nice and considerate at first but when asking for help, he stayed silent. You see him roll his eyes in the video, when he realized there’s traces of him admitting the issues.

I came here sick and to get away for the last days of the year. I had to shower in the cold water which made me more sick though I booked a room with a jetted tub. Hot water is a basic necessity.

I expect a full refund for the disastrous experience here and for the fact the room was practically uninhabitable.

He took my personal cell number and kept bothering me throughout the day to apologize and say how loyal he was but never to suggest resolutions to the problem.

He said he emailed higher management to escalate the problem, and when I asked him to show me the email he refused and instead called a vulnerable customer from her hotel room to say that he was honest instead of proving his word. This poor customer was staying there to escape a terrible time at home and started crying due to the stress Rishi was putting on her.

I left a day early and drove two hours home at night. I could not stay another minute here.

The worst place I’ve stayed in my entire life.

As you can see in the response, a complete deflection of responsibility and lack of effort in making this situation right. Refusing to refund me for the service I purchased that was not provided.

Very easy check in at a fabulous location in Pacific Grove. My room had a gas fireplace and Jetted tub. The microwave and refrigerator were a bonus. The large and comfortable king size bed still left plenty of room for the sofa and small dining table. I had a clothes closet and 6 drawer for clothing. Very nice linens and towels. The room was very clean and coffee, juice and water was available all day in the business office. A free complementary breakfast including breads, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt was offered each day. The beach was only a five minute walk. So many options in shopping and tourism within a 5 mile driving area. The best part is you arrive as a customer and leave as family. You will never be treated as kindly anywhere ever! Stayed 6 nights for romantic anniversary.

Super cute Inn right near the beach trails in PG. Rishi, the manager goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are happy. Rooms are spotless. Beds are comfy, fireplace was great.

Spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable beds! The most friendly staff - Rishi at the front desk was wonderful as was the housekeeping staff. All were friendly, helpful, caring, efficient. The Inn is in a perfect location - less than 10 minutes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, yet it’s in a wooded neighborhood that is within walking distance to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay! The check-in and check-out staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cozy, spotlessly clean, and with a fireplace. Best of all, it’s just a short walk to Sunset Beach for a amazing sunset view. Highly recommend!”

Wonderful place where you are welcomed like long lost family. Comfortable rooms, quaint beach decor cottages, very friendly staff and guests. A 5 minute walk to the beach was bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.
