Great service at the residence and great customer service at the office. Everyone is s friendly and greet you as you enter
The place is nicely decorated and accessible handicap parking available and a wide parking lot for customers.
Hours are from 8 am to 4 pm.

Very unprofessional staff. They always close early even though it say's open till 4, they take there dog's to work, and the worst is they never have change. This is supposed to be a business, but can't have change to give back when you pay your bills. Hopefully they do what APS, and Southwest gas did and get rid of the staff and just have a machine or phone to pay your bill.
