Superior Lighting is absolutely AWESOME!!! I never write reviews but these folks have earned it. They have incredible customer service with real people, not automated attendants. I had a product question and received an answer very promptly. They have fantastic prices, very reasonable (cheap) shipping rates and extremely fast shipping. I live in Indiana and received a 2 box shipment in 3 days from my order date on their standard shipping rate. Their website is easy to navigate and has tremendous product information available about their products.

This is a very reliable and legitimate company. I converted 32 fluorescent T12 tubes to their LED tubes in my basement/garage. I am very happy with the quality of the product. In fact, I am impressed, it has aluminum housing to disperse heat and made of polycarbonate material, it was called T8 Hybrid LED. I like my Home Depot but their comparable bulbs were twice as much and nowhere close to the quality that I got here so I started to do research and found these guys. Again, maybe I was lucky but would definitely order again as long as they stay competitive with prices. The product had instructions of ballast and ballast bypass installation. One piece of advice to anyone interested in converting to LED tubes. Research and look at installation videos and definitely do direct line voltage installation (thus bypassing the ballasts and taking them out.) You save more in no longer worrying about ballast replacement, two, the bulbs turn on better/quicker, and are always uniform with brightness intensity versus with ballasts in place. In general, many LED tubes will not be perfectly uniform if one ballast services two tubes. Ballasts also take up anywhere from 5 to 10 watts of energy so for 32 unit replacement this was an extra effort that was well worth the hassle. Their website had a video on this that I found helpful. Also dispose of the fluorescent tubes properly, you may itch to throw them in the regular trash (you really shouldn't due to minor mercury content) but I found a local place that collects such things for free and recycles the mercury.

We purchased LED flood bulbs for almost all the recessed lights in our home. After researching many lighting stores we choose Superior Lighting because their prices were very reasonable and offered flat rate shipping. The items arrived quickly and packaged well. The bulbs are very bright, warm color just like the old ones and have been in for about 2 months now with no problems.

Can not ship to correct address. When contacted them about it their answer was to cancel my order and refund, not do what they were paid to do. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scumbag idiots.

I ordered TCPM LED bulbs from their website and they ended up shipping me a completely different product that was listed on their site. After calling customer service regarding the issue, I was asked to provide pictures of the product and screen print of the product listing on the site. After sending this information over and waiting for a response the next day, they stated that the no longer stock that product and the warehouse sent a substitute product. Beware of ordering from their site as they list products that they don't stock and delivery a different product. I am still waiting for an RMA and their returns process after 2 days of follow-ups.

After a week, someone from there customer service did call and apologized for sending me the incorrect product. They refunded my credit card and told me to keep the incorrect product that they shipped out. Appreciate the customer service and follow-up.
