Returned my surefire fury light beginning of march because the led burned. It’s been over 3 months. Still no signs of my light or hope. This really sucks. $300 dollar mistake. Lesson learned

Had the best experience getting my hands on a few necessary flashlights. Employees are amazing, management is something out of a fairytale and it was just such a pleasant and cool experience. Thank you to the whole surefire team for being such fantastic masters at their craft. If you’re tired of your big bulky streamlight stinger then go get yourself a stilleto… best upgrade of my adult life

I’m loyal to Surefire and their products. I recently had an issue with a tailcap on my smaller light (P2X Fury), possibly due to the rainy season. I was willing to purchase a new tailcap, but customer supprt sent me a new tailcap free of charge. My flashlight works like new again.

Had a Stiletto Pro for about 2 years and used it daily, few months back it stopped working. I sent it back to Surefire, took a little bit of a wait (2 months) but received a brand new Stiletto pro as I assume my was smoked. Spend the extra money and go with Surefire it is worth it.

Have loved SureFire for several years while using it for my job. Unfortunately, my Vampire flashlight stopped working recently. After realizing I work right around the corner from their office I dropped it by and they were able to replace the head to get it up and running right away for me. Outstanding friendly customer service and have always answered the phone!
I will continue being a SureFire customer for years to come!

I purchased an X300 Ultra weapon light in January. The first one failed me as the rubber ring around the glass came out after the first range day. It was promptly replaced. Three months later, after a day of shooting, I went to test light at night. Nada. Done. Fresh batteries could but remedy the issue. Contacted surefire the next day. Spoke with a rep who handled the return process. Within a week, replaced. Brand new. I use this light for work. Excellent work surefire. If you can determine who it was that handled my claim they deserve recognition. Thank you.
