I had a great experience today. Brady took a good amount of time with explaining countertop and flooring options with me. It was a nice bonus when the cashier told me had $10 off with their rewards program. The store fully stocked and a wonderful place to shop.

I just wanna make sure Matt (I think that was his name, he looked like one of the managers) got a shout out for going above and beyond. I purchased one of dolly’s in store but all of the tires were flat on what was available. Matt had a compressor in his vehicle and helped get both tires aired up for me. Thanks again, Matt!

A+ in customer service. Pellet igniter went out, Bob and the manager were very helpful. They didn't have the part but ordered it ASAP. Excellent customer service!!!

Sutherlands is an amazing addition to the area! The prices are reasonable, with great quality inventory. Matt Lowe is a great person to go to for questions and assistance. All the staff are so helpful. Skip the drive to Pueblo and check Sutherlands out.

I was excited with all the talk about them being “competitors” of The Home Depot or Lowe’s. I went in for two things, they don’t have both. Not to mention, it don’t seem like they value their employees very much.

Awesome place for anything home improvement. They just opened and it's only going to get better. Lots of nice stuff and exactly what this town needed

I’ve had terrible experiences with this place. First bought 2 couches got home (1 hour away) unwrapped packaging and had 2 completely different couches.
Second bought a refrigerator, got home unwrapped packaging and refrigerator was starched all over the front.
Third bought a dishwasher got home unwrapped packaging and found a huge dent in the front of the dishwasher. No signs of damage on the outside of the box to Indicate an issue.
All of these experiences were months apart from each other. I was NOT offered any cash back, or discounts on next purchase. I understand things like this happen but on three different occasions this seems like something needs to be done.
From now on I will make the extra hour drive to get things I need, as each trip I’ve had to drive back AGAIN to get the issues resolved.
