My family and I lived here for 4 years. Ms. Lori has been the best manager we have had. We did close our apartment chapter recently but very thankful we chose Sutton Bridge for our home the past years. The whole maintenance crew is fantastic but Terry always went above and beyond for us.

The apartments are only pretty on the outside. They will refuse to fix the apartments after you begin renting. Also, instead of providing a proper amount of disposal containers for the number of residents they are threatening to fine individuals who continue to dispose of their trash. What are the tenants supposed to do? Keep the trash in their apartments?

Lori is amazing! She’s worked with us a few times when we needed it, always understanding and has even went out of her way at times! Anything we needed it got delt with right away! She’s very sweet and nice and times like now it’s nice to know there’s still ppl out there like her! It’s very peaceful and even quiet after dark. I’ve never had anyone bother us or my son. My son can play in the back yard at the play ground with the other kids with no worries! And that’s a big relieve! My son loves the playground, pool and has all the kids to play with! Everybody that lives there is nice and keeps to there self’s. What I’m saying is my family and I love living here! The bus picks up the kids and brings them home as well and that’s very convenient!

I was very skeptical about living in Gadsden, but Sutton Bridge has eased my nerves. Ms. Lori and team have been nothing but helpful from the very beginning. The apartments are up to date, the community is safe (you can always see kids playing outside in the playground), and the apartments are affordable. Property managers like Ms. Lori are a dime in a dozen; they dont get much better than her now a days. I hope this review helps you as you search for your next living arrangements in Gadsden.

This is a great place. The manager Lori is so kind and helpful. Also the Maintenance manager Terry is fantastic. He waves and always is working non stop everyday I see him. Great crew and pleasant place to live! Great pool also!!!
