If I could give this company 0 stars I would. How they handled their recruitment process is all over the place and very last minute. They do not tell you anything until the day before you actually leave. Once there for training, you will be placed with a roommate. PLEASE make sure you document how your hotel room is once you get there and during your stay. Your roommate could leave things that place you in a predicament to where you could lose out on an opportunity to train. So, document, document, document! And what's worse is it could be a roommate that you have never even met or seen during your short stay at the hotel room. On top of not doing proper investigations into things, when they do address it, it's very accusatory! How they handle certain situations is very unprofessional! Being kicked out of your hotel room for something you did not do, after barely starting your first day in the program, and then them refusing to pay for your way back home leaving you stranded in a city you are unfamiliar with is absolutely traumatizing and emotionally exhausting.

I work for Swift transportation. This Terminal is one of three nicest Terminals. Had to get a new mudflap and mudflap hanger on my Kenworth. The gentleman at the parts counter got right on it had it done on 10 minutes. Very good job and quick service.

This terminal is too small for the number of drivers who need it. Parking is ridiculously inadequate. The truck wash is always broken. The fuel pumps are almost always broken. The repair shop and staff are excellent, except after 2:30pm. The weight room is excellent. Restrooms, showers and other facilities are usually clean. There is a vast array of junk food available for sale at reasonable prices.

5minutes ago, I mistakingly took your drivers hand motion to go ahead and proceed through my stopsign ahead of him. Guess he was swatting Flys, because he decided to smash his horn and turn his truck and trailer into me trying to smash my pickup. Great safety program you got. You guys hit stuff on accident and on purpose now

Had this black guy with belly and a mask, fail me on drive test. I have over 10 years of driving experience with zero accident and zero tickets. Driver in snow, rain, hills 11 western and 48.

I will refer to this guy as Karen, going forward. Karen, asked me to pre-trip completed and then drove through the swift yard.( very over full on trailers) And make right turn coming out of the yard. I proceed to make a right turn and rub the trailer tires on the curb. AND THIS KAREN, LOST, STARTED YELLING THROUGH THE COVID MASK, GOT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON HOW SAFETY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING AT SWIFT. We have all seen the swift video on YouTube. You can decide on how safety is 2nd tier at Swift.

I'm a good driver, There's always someone better. That's how you keep improving. But this was a very odd and unprofessional experience, and at the hands of Karen, and explained a lot why swift has such presence on YouTube regarding poor safety performances.
