The service technicians are absolutely amazing! I truly wish we could communicate directly with them because they provide exceptional service. Unfortunately, the experience with the office staff has been less than positive. The person answering the phones has been incredibly rude, leaving me at a loss for words about how upsetting the interaction was. It was evident from my conversation with the technician that the office manager may have been trying to discourage us from reaching out, even though the technician was still coming. It’s so disappointing because I really value the technicians’ work and don’t want to take my business elsewhere. I understand she probably deals with a lot of rude customers but I was being patient and kind and this is the third time she was rude. I actually hung up in tears from her.

Call them. They quoted me $4.19 per gallon then it took him 3 and 1/2 weeks to deliver it, then they sent me the bill and charged me $4.59. that's the last money they give from me. Can't deal with a company that baits and switches.

Horrible Horrible service came to our house to fill our tank to 100% they left the bleeder valve open to drain the tank to zero and then told us that it's our fault that we didn't go behind there perfessional workers to make sure they did there job correctly go elsewhere definitely not a company to give business too the office personnel is highly rude and doesn't care to keep business

Came home, tank was gone. Tried to talk to company but only wanted to pull my tank over $35. Never called me to give an opportunity to pay, just took the tank. I tried to explain that the bill was just overlooked, no need to pull the tank. The owner is a coward and would only let the ladies in the office try to justify what they did. Wanted to charge me a new setup fee to bring the tank back. We were told, "they reserve the right." They may reserve the right, but it does not make them right. Do yourself a favor and just buy your own tank. You can shop your price for fuel. The reviews speak volume as to how you will be treated by this company.

Southwestern VA gas has been absolutely amazing! They were extremely fast getting my two 100 gal tanks set. The guys were very nice and hard working. It was my pleasure to talk to the girls in the office. They were helpful and helped me with what I needed all within a week of me calling! I'm so glad that I chose them instead of a different company! I'd highly recommend them.

Did not deliver on set date. Three days without propane to heat home. They came, filled tank but didn’t lite.All account was paid in full.
The driver that came was very rood and very disrespectful at his actions towards a elder man. Cussed him to not light his heat. Had to have a family member to help. Do not recommend.

I placed an order on October 10 for a new service and they told me that the earliest service date is December 3. I said ok and provided all the information they asked for over the phone. They said my service is scheduled for December 3. Fast forwarding to December 3 ( about 53 days later), I gave a call to them to find out the expected time of service. A lady answered the call and she said they do not have a scheduled service to my area today. She then said there is no service request in my name. I was shocked. She said the earliest date she can put me is January 17, another 45 days of waiting. I asked whether they provide a confirmation number after they schedule an appointment. She said no. I asked what would happen if I reschedule for January 17 and wait for another 45 days and then I again find out that it was not scheduled. She comfortably said that all she can do is reschedule and I can go to another company if I want to. I wanted to speak to a manager or a supervisor and she said she is the manager.
The worst experience ever with a service company. They are rude and do not see you as a customer at all. They make you wait for 53 days and then suggest another 45 days of waiting as if nothing happened.
They would have zero customers if they operated in a big city.
My suggestion: Avoid them if you have an alternative.
If you have to work with them, give a call every week to make sure your name appears on their calendar.

After 20 years with this company I'm finished. Called on February 7th because my tank was down to 30 Gal. Was told it would be midweek before the route was ran again. That week came and went still on gas. Called on the 17 to tell them to come and get there tank because I found another gas service and was told a workorder was put in to have it removed. A long story short it's the Feb 21st and still nothing. Not sure what has happened to Southwestern VA gas.
