Where do I start? Terrible customer service, scheduled appointments didn't even show up to, others scheduled and then could not do the work....4 appointments to get my water heater exchanged, even pulled a permit only to come on install day and say they can't do it. I took 4 days on work for 4 separate appointments. And they all pass the buck. Terrible. Don't waste your time with them!

The technician was very professional, explained well. System works...brrrrrr! Cold. "Quiet Cool" whole house fan installed. He cleaned up after himself. So far, excellent job. Only concern I have is the burning type of odor coming in and I trust it will be addressed.

I was very impressed with Gavin, our air conditioning technician. He was incredibly professional, kind, and personable throughout the entire service. Gavin is very knowledgeable and took the time to show us how to use our new thermostat, ensuring we felt comfortable with the new system. He even engaged with my kids, showing kindness and patience that went above and beyond his duties. We are very satisfied with his service and hope this is his main office because we would love to work with him again.

Synergy rep informed me of program to replace my old thermostat with a wifi NEST thermostat and replace my fan motor for my air/heater. when he informed me that it was free i was skeptical. Did a little checking and found the program was legit. The tech Tony called me the next day to let me know he was on his way. He was a very pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions and didn't seem bothered that i was interrupting his job.I am so happy that they sent such a knowledgeable person. the fan is much quieter than before the install. Tony explained the functions of the NEST to me in a way that made it easy to understand. he helped me setup the nest app. i am completely happy with this company and the job its technician did.
On 01/21/20 Vicente Cervantes was assigned to follow up on concerns i had with the air flow from new blower motor they installed. He changed the fan speed from low to med on heat cycle. He said air conditioner was on hi speed. I told him that on air it still was not blowing as strong as old motor. he talked to manager and said that since my house was 1914 sqft and my air conditioner was 5 ton , that there should be no problem cooling my house. i am hopeful that they are correct. I informed him that if there was a problem this summer, i would contact them again. He said
that was fine. sooooo... i am hoping they are correct.

Well it is summer and the blower is working just fine. Great service ? thank you

The technician they sent did a horrible job installing a new furnace, leaving exposed drywall and flooring. Furnace is slanted sideways and is an eyesore.

Their work failed the inspection.

I called them back many times waiting, after hours on hold, a representative was unable to help, and said he would call me back. I never got a call back. I tried calling some more, couldn't get through.

Some months went by, I called again, and they said they were unable to get a hold of me so they closed my account. And will no longer finish their shotty work.

So I'm stuck with exposed drywall and plywood with a slanted, ugly looking furnace. and they refused to come back and fix it.

terrible service, would not recommend to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tech came to my home in mid to late Oct to replace thermostat and a blower motor on my furnace. Furnace hasn't worked since he was here. Everything was 100% operational before he arrived. I have had a service tech(twice) and a manager(who said it was fixed) at my house since this, it's now Nov 25. I'm being told parts are on order and will arrive the afternoon before thanksgiving, which means another week without heat. Thanks Synergy, your apologies don't prevent my toddler from telling me he's cold.

My schedule had changed and I called to let them know I was available earlier in the day if they had a cancellation. As luck would have it they did ! The Service Tech was a very nice young gentlemen named George.
As he worked he explained each step. The end result was amazing ! A new motor (not kidding) , filter , and complete cleaning of my air conditioning unit.
24 new energy saving light bulbs installed. Let me tell you , they are bright ! only use 11 watts. Unbelievable. George sealed all the cracks and air leaks in my floor vents. The list goes on. All done FREE to help lower my energy bills. As a single Grandparent this is sooo important .Amazing. I am SOOO THRILLED. Awesome job !

Douglas came out to my house to check my AC unit & ducts. He installed a new thermostat & shower heads for me as well. So Cal Edison sent him out. Awesome customer service. Very knowledgeable. All around great experience.
