Incredibly helpful and professional people. Very cost-effective. When we had an asbestos scare in our Philly row home I called Synertech and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the different materials in my house and what might have asbestos. The tech they sent out was also very knowledgeable and accurate in his knowledge, taking his time to use the proper precautions and understand where asbestos might be in the house. In my experience working with other services, this is not the norm. The folks that work here care about their work and take asbestos seriously. Additionally, they were incredibly affordable for the services performed. Would absolutely recommend them.

Eric Belfi and the Synertech team have been a huge help to us. Two years ago, a mold contractor gave us a large estimate for work he said needed to be done. It didn't sound right to us. We had had a great experience with Synertech years ago with some lead testing and contacted them. Even though there was no work for Synertech to do for us because the testing had already been done by the mold contractor, Synertech reviewed the contractor's report and explained how my husband and I could take care of the issue, spending an hour on the phone with me following up with a detailed email. I offered to pay for their time, but they declined saying they didn't like to see homeowners being taken advantage of. More recently I had another question, and again Synertech answered without accepting payment. I trust Synertech and am happy to recommend them highly. They truly stand out as a company that protects homeowners from contractors who try to take advantage of us.

Everyone at Synertech has been above-and -beyond friendly, efficient and prompt. I've been working specifically with Janae who is professional, able to answer all my questions, and extremely amiable. The company staff provided excellent guidance every step of the way. I selected a company that only does testing, rather than testing and remediation, so that I could be assured of integrity. The staff at Synertech are highly knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. The fee was very manageable and worth it, They arranged to come out right away, took pipe insulation and flooring samples from several areas, and gave me results in a day. They also provided information on several remediation companies to consider, if needed. The total cost was $375.
