Owner is a penny pincher which means will charge you for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. Non negotiable and ruthless. Do business with them at your own peril. There are many better IT Services provider in the West/Southwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Charges fees, doesn't explain them, laughs at customer when they are u[set explaining poor customer service from eye rolling bob, don't care to give good customer service because they lock you into a contract and you can't get another IT company to help. Disgusting company.
