I was referred to Tactical by a friend who had storm related soffit damage repaired by them. I had a similar issue that was pest and storm related. They got someone out quickly after I contacted them . I was given an estimate and they used docusign for me to easily get a contract going. I then had to make sure my squirrel roommates had effectively moved out which took a bit of time. They stayed on top of this and were very patient while I worked on that. Today Troy came out and took care of the repair, I am very satisfied , the workmanship appears very good and Troy the installer was very nice, and very friendly. I will refer friends! The Tactical Roofing Company provided a highly professional and competitive cost estimate and associated contract in a very timely manner and quickly responded to questions on the estimate and contract conditions.
The work crew did an excellent job in completing the roof replacement in a timely manner despite late afternoon thunderstorms that occurred two days in a row. They also did a very thorough job in clean up after completion of the work including a very complete removal of nails that fell from the roof onto the grass yard during the work.

Eduardo was so professional, dependable, and knowledgeable. From the first day we met until completion of the project, my wife and I couldn't ask for more. He walk us through from inspection of our roof, meeting with the insurance Adjuster, contacting my insurance and even when we were on vacation on the day they replaced our roof he still touching base with us about the project. Sending me pictures and overseeing the progress. If he knocks on your door and offers you to inspect your roof, give him a chance you will not regret it.
