They had the best communication, the home was very clean including the hot tub! Plenty of comfy bedding and towels. The complimentary coffee was delicious. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again when saying in truckee.

We booked the Tahoe Alpine Hot Tub Hideaway and it was beautiful, nestled into the serene forest just north of Kingsbury Beach. The home was as described with all the amenities including the awesome hot tub which is one of the main reasons I booked this home.

Aside from the beautiful home and great location the communication I received from Genesis was second to none, her genuine ability to work alongside me to find the perfect getaway was amazing!

When you rent from Tahoe Signature Properties you feel like a member of a community, that alone would have me choose them over any other 3rd party "broker". Oh and it's actually cheaper to book directly with them.

My wife and I honeymooned at a Tahoe Signature Properties cabin with a private hot tub in Kings Beach.

They went out of their way to make sure we could stay the dates we wanted and made us feel welcome like valued guests and not just customers.

It was such a positive experience that we don’t want to look for cabins for rent from anyone but Tahoe Signature Properties when we are in North Tahoe or Truckee.

Great location. Cabin is cosy and has just what you need for a comfortable stay. Dog friendly too as an added bonus. Tahoe Signature staff are also super responsive and helpful.

This is the third time we rent vacation homes through Tahoe Signature Properties. As always, the experience was smooth and positive. Their website is beautiful, house descriptions and pictures accurate and up to date, and the communication with the manager is quick and on point. This time we rented Charming Mountain Family Cabin. It must be a new rental on the market. Everything in the house was brand new: appliances, towels, bed sheets, furniture. It was such a pleasure! Nest thermostat, remote controlled fireplace, high end appliances. The house is sunny with great views. The backyard is sloped, which made for great improvised sledding place. It is a short drive from all the fun in Truckee and Tahoe area. We will be back for sure!
