Our company left Tandem HR when they hiked the prices in 2024. Apparently, they do not send employers, copies of W2's for companies that have left service. I'm supposed to reach out to each employee to get a copy. Nice job, for doing the one job you had.

The quality support I receive from my contacts at Tandem HR is unbelievable. I don't even entertain outreach from other PEOs. Paola consistently goes above and beyond for Prevention First. She is always so pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful! The rest of the team (Janet, Danielle, Jennifer, etc) is really great too!

Tandem has taken over payroll/HR compliance at a seasonal job I work during the summer and it has been a terrible experience. They don't seem to know rules and laws governing I9 forms. They create processes but don't explain them to staff and then keep adding tasks in order for people to get paid. One of the worst HR experiences I've ever had.
