Very good facility. I’ve picked up canned food from here multiple times. Park in the staging area (dirt lot.) Shipping office is on the left side of the docks, second floor. Very nice people working there. Quick loading.

Good experience, overnight parking across from the building, nice people, broker lied to us and said my appointment is between 9 and 1 pm I checked in at 7:20 am the receiver said your appointment is at 1 pm but i will take in if the 7:30 am truck is late, sure enough in 10 min he called me to the dock for unloading, tandems to back in 20 min i was done, thanks ahain for saving my day.

Check in was very easy and quick. It is an older facility that is easy enough to get to. However be advised they have buildings on each side of older narriw city streets, with a sleeper truck you have to contend with curbs on each side of the narrow city streets when making your backing approach.
They unloaded the maxi bags pretty quickly brought paperwork out to the truck quick and efficient.

Very friendly shipping and receiving is right by the docks go in and up the steps park in dirt parking lot across from the docks but leave room. For the trucks coming out if the door open your doors and slide your tandems back go in and up the steps to the right at the top sign in and they will get you a door right away very n8ce ladies there and the dock guys is awesome they will come out and ask you to pull out once loaded and seal you up and they will ask if you want to strap it down before you pull out so it is easier they took the straps and straped the load down for me and very friendly people quick to load when I came back to the truck one of the ladies came down to smoke and brought me the paperwork awesome Crew awesome service easyto get to and easy to get back out

Avoid this place. If I could I would give them 0 stars. My appointment time was at 07:00. I was here 06:50. Right away you can see there a lot of space to get into the dock which is good. You have to ring bell by the door and they will let you in to the office, shipping is upstairs. Very nice lady working at the office. But once I parked into the dock it’s not that nice anymore here. They’re loading me for 4.5h and not done yet. I will remember this place and never come again. Such a waste of time and money. Never again!

I've been doing this load for the last couple of months and i had no problems. Heavy load, but it's OK, not the best paid load out there, but it's OK because I never had an issue with shipper or receiver, but today I guess the forklift operator was in a bad mood (must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed 🤣🤣) and decided he wouldn't take care of me (as they usually do) and made me wait for over an hour until my appointment time even though dock is empty. I guess I'll have to look for another load and they'll have to look for another driver. It's so sad we all lose good business just because 1 person is grumpy

The good: quick loading, friendly staff, very large gravel lot to stage in and back into the shipping docks.
The bad: This load is HEAVY. Like REALLY HEAVY. I always come with no more than a half tank of fuel. BOL says 42,700 but I think it's closer to 44k.
