Came in for a broken screen, was able to get it fixed within two weeks. Both technician and receptionist were kind and good communication. Good experience overall and even offered temporary computer in replacement!

I had my phone bill handled through my uncle for a short time, but when I stopped helping him at church, he stopped paying it and started using it as leverage to control my phone. Even after I began paying my bill on my own for the past 6 months, he still tries to claim I owe him money when I don’t. This has caused unnecessary stress and issues with my service. If you’re considering any financial arrangements with him, be cautious, as he may try to manipulate the situation to his advantage

Best service in town from the time you walk in to the time your item is done, came in with HDMI port mess up on PS5 not only did they fix the problem but cleaned the game out as well as fixed other issues in timely manner with updates on item

Great, friendly service. Saved me from buying a new gaming pc.

Had a sudden laptop crash while gaming. Couldn't get the computer to boot for the life of me. He was out of the office so gave me some advice over the phone to try. Worked like a charm and I wasn't charged for the advice.

I know where I'm taking my PC next time I have issues.

Nicest dude ever! I went originally cause my trackpad was acting up and it got fixed easily, for cheap, and I felt completely at ease entrusting my laptop to him. I went back a year later because my computer wouldn’t charge and I was convinced it was a hardware issue. I paid the deposit to get it fixed, and he “for giggles” tried my computer with his charger and it worked! So I need a new charger. He refunded me all my money and even lent me a couple screws since my computer was missing some.

These guys know what they are doing. I am actually surprised they were able to fix my PC. I usually resolve the issues myself when I have tech problems, but this time around was too much of a challenge for me. I like the fact that KJ didn't give up on my order, he spent multiple days trying to figure out what the issues were. He made sure I was satisfied with the results before returning the PC to me. Overall great service and great people.

We had a cracked screen on a new phone and were told by a few different places that screen was unavailable. KJ was able to order a screen and he gave us the best rate. We ran into some other issues but KJ took care of them without a problem. He really helped us out! I plan on going back there with any future tech dealings and I would highly recommend Tech Ed Solutions!
