Technology Applications, Inc. was a pleasure to work with in our application. We have twice purchased straps from them, and both times they were accurate to their lead time and perfectly within spec. I personally have recommended TAI copper straps to a number of newer academic groups getting started with their cryogenic setups, and they have all reported being satisfied with their purchase. Don't let the price tag put you off, the product is well worth it.

Tyler over at Technology Applications was a huge help in getting custom made thermal bridges for us. We ordered a set a while ago and made changes to the design, so they made quick work of designing new thermal bridges. Ordered a batch of standard copper thermal straps (P5's) from TAI this spring. I was extremely happy with the quality and price - less headaches and cheaper than having our lab techs and engineers make these by hand.

Customer service was amazing. Can't beat having a vendor that answers calls and emails at any time of day or night---and on the weekends (thank you, Tyler)!
