This company also does business as Tekrefurbs, which is who I dealt with and I would strongly encourage you to stay away from them.

Stay away from anything this company is selling. I purchased a refurbished laptop from them through Walmart. The laptop was barely used over a few months and suddenly stopped working. It won't even power on. When I contacted the company, they referred me back to Walmart, who referred me back to them. When I told them this, they simply told me they could not do anything. I inquired again and they claimed I was past their 90 day protection plan. After pointing out I was not past the 90 day window when I first contacted them, the ignored me for several days before just flat refusing to fix or replace the computer.

This computer was probably used for less than 10 hours before it died. The only thing worse than their products is their customer service. STAY AWAY from this company and their products.

Dell Precision M6600 17.3" Main board failure after 4 hours of use. Refusing to refund or replace hiding behind a 30 day warranty. Their ebay add says fully tested. After speaking with them the extent of their testing is turning the unit on.
