After 4 companies came to my house to check on a mold issue, Terramar Restoration was the only company that knew exactly what was wrong within minutes — identified the source of the problem and provided me with a plan of action on how to fix the problem. I currently reside in Maryland and this is a rental property in Weston (FL). Did I tell you that Bill ( the owner) was able to take care of everything for me without me being there in person. And guess what, he did a phenomenal job! Bill was very flexible and the finished project exceeded my expectations.

I had the opportunity to meet Bill and his son after the work was done, I gotta tell you they are both very knowledgeable, extremely reliable, very responsive, high level of customer service and very professional. Terramar Restoration is a wonderful company to work with. Bill and his technicians did an outstanding job eradicating the mold in our attic, left behind by the remediation company our insurance company told us to use.

Bill and his son Steven were a breath of fresh air (no pun intended!) when we dealt with two separate copper pipe pin hole leak incidents in our Miramar home, one in December of 2021 and another in May of this year. This was our first experience with this issue and working with Bill and Steven brought calm and order to an otherwise very stressful situation. Both are extremely knowledgeable and have years of experience dealing with water and mold mitigation and remediation; they walked us through every step of the process and took care of everything so we did not have to worry. From the first call on a late Saturday evening through a site inspection at home the following day to crews onsite the next 4 days, Terramar Restoration has done an outstanding job.

Not only are they a team of professionals, they abide by a code of ethics and integrity to ensure our home is safe and mold free. They have gone above and beyond what I had expected. It is easy to rate the quality of their work and pricing as five stars. I highly recommend them and can easily write a review that is with great appreciation. I will continue to recommend their services and if you are in the position we were in with mold throughout or contained to an area, you should definitely contact them.
