Wonderful staff and dentist. Very caring and attentive. Answered all my questions. Helped me to feel comfortable, well as comfortable as I could feel at a dentist office getting any procedure done. I've been going here for about 6 years now but only needed cleanings and one procedure. Today I had a more complex procedure and it started on time and everyone was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable of their job. Tracy is excellent at numbing you painlessly, and Lana took great care of me. Dr. Nichols has a huge heart and is a caring dentist that knows what he is doing. I highly recommend using them!

Don't think I have ever had a first appointment where the staff bent over backwards to help me, put me at ease and actually support my decisions and respond to my fears. Without actually having any work done, I'd recommend this office to everyone.

When I arrived everybody from the check-in to all staff and Dr. were very kind and courteous make sure I was taken care of they explain everything to me before steps were taken. I was very surprised of how kind and courteous everyone was for a small town dentist. I will definitely be coming back and making him my permanent dentist. Dr. Nichols is the best he's treated me for close to 30 years. Before that I never had a dentist who could get my mouth numb as good as he does. He is great at his work. I've recommended him many times and still do.
