I updated my review after Tesla
responded to my concerns and credited my account. Still a real hassle to deal with. Tesla needs to show their customers a way to communicate with real people on issues like this .

I received a RMA from Tesla to return a charging adapter that took too long to be delivered. Tesla confirmed that I'd receive a full refund of $54.10. This Tesla location in Lathrop received the UPS package weeks ago. I have yet to receive any credit or acknowledgement of receipt Tesla has no way to follow up via phone, text or email (and mean nothing and no one that I can contact). Now what? If I file a claim with my credit card company for the amount, Tesla will lock me out of my car remotely. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!!

Workers are rude as hell
Where we check in at the guard shack the skinny white dude thinks he owns the warehouse and dont even do his job properly
He be on his phone instead of helping the driver who try to check in
He tries to make you do couple of round to your truck and guard shack back and forth
So take your paperwork, Container, Chassis number, your driver license ? all that all together he doesnt make you go back and forth.
There’s always line to check no matter what time of day or night you go
They need need to replace their checkin workers.

The yard guy Matt is the best yard guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped navigate the yard with out asking. He directed me when others said they did not know, with out me asking. He is a asset to your company for sure.

Today I had 9 pm appointment n visit there 7:45 pm. Security at gate was so polite and cooperative he gave me door 121 within five minutes. Really appreciated by heart. Jesus blessed him and stay healthy. And the staff at warehouse are also professional so much that they took very short time approax 20 minutes to unload me. Tesla really needs that kind of hard working personnel.

I ordered new mobile connecter, they send used connector look like old. I pay for brand new items. I am not expecting used one. Items don’t have properly packaged. There is no way that i can put reviews online so giving google reviews. Be careful for online order.
