I hired TESTOR recently to inspect 2 properties and I couldn't be happier with their services. Just to name a few , the extra time taken to explain to me the entire process , online scheduling, online payment option and electronic reporting . The inspector was also very professional and on-time . The manager ( Jennifer ) took almost 45 min on the phone to guide me through the results, as I was new to these reports .

Extraordinarily happy with Testor. We had lead paint abatement done throughout our apartment. They were extremely responsive, and came to our apartment the same day we called to do initial testing. The following week, their crew came to abate/paint. The job was thorough, neat, and the clean up afterwards was comprehensive. I highly recommend them. Testor provided third party monitoring when Zonolyte insulation was removed from my attic. I had already hired the company who removed the likely asbestos containing insulation when I hired Testor as the third party monitor. The Testor inspector was very professional. Because of her presence, I knew the removal would be done safely, per protocol and would be thorough. She was present from start to finish , tested the air quality at regular intervals, ensured that the set up (negative pressure?) was properly done and she provided oversight through the completion of the job. She demonstrated a high level of expertise and integrity which gave me great confidence that the process was followed per safety and regulatory guidelines.

I have also used Testor to test some materials for lead and asbestos.

I trust Testor - I found the staff very reliable, honest and skilled in their roles and would highly recommend them. 5 stars across the board.
