We leave in stallion Estates gated community in spring Branch Texas, what is the status water issue with Canyon Lake; the arsenic been poured into one of the water tanks and is the water safe to drink? How is the water tested and who observed where they test the water and how often is this done. Other city's have cameras at water distribution pump stations centers to make sure nobody can just drive by and contaminate our water supply. What is Canyon lake water company doing to improve their water Quality and preventing this water crisis from ever happening again. Their communication system needs a lot of improvement and what can we as customers expect from Canyon lake water systems to do in the near future to improve the way they operate? Thanks

Fantastic agency and staff. Worked with many state environmental agencies and they have staff that is respinsive and passionate about the environment. They have a huge workload so understanding that timeline to get back to everyone is a little longer than one would hope for. The stormwater rules and manual is fair and concise in requirements.
