They are taking benifits away for pregnant women. Apparently even if you are 7-9 months Pregnant you have to get a job or training program to continue with benifits. The lady that answered the phone was very rude. She said that if im not at high risk pregnancy I have to do what they said on the letter.

New to El Paso, and I must say that this location is very clean and very helpful, and security is also helpful. I don't know the man name that is on the floor, offering help to everyone who comes through the door offering copies and other assistance he's so helpful. Wait, time wasn't long, either. Keep up the excellent service

I've never waited more than 20 minutes. Lines are usually short if any. Good customer service. It's clean. They have security.

The staff here are very helpful and professional. The way the window service area and information/application tabe are set up is user friendly. Since the application process can be a bit time consuming this is helpful. There seems to be plenty of parking too.

They dont have any organization and dont know what theyre doing. I tried to apply to get unemployment benefits after qualifying for food stamps and i unfortunately didnt qualify so they told me they would send a letter to snap benefits to explain why i didnt qualify at the zoom meeting . I did two follow up calls to make sure they knew what to expect and to not cut my snap benefits. I proceeded to do as they instructed and waited extra long to do another follow up call but by then they had already cancelled my food stamps. Having been explained the situation and with the opportunity to have left a note under my account that explained the letter they were going to receive . I would just not take directives from them regarding your case because they dont care, theyll tell you to do one thing and shut your benefits off regardless before u even get the chance to follow up and explain again.
