In the late evening hours my grandmas tubs both had stagnant water back up into them, we called 4 different companies and nobody answered except for “Cowboy Plumbing”. I explained what was going on and Eddie immediately had an idea of what the problem was, so he set me an appointment for 10 am the very next day in which he and his son came out to see what was happening; turns out the waste pipes were backing up because of of built up grease, and in less than two hours that issue had been solved and water began to flow to the septic tank again. However a much bigger problem still waiting in the wings, our waste pipe may be a little off or some what disconnected; its a comfort to know we can always count and call on “Cowboy Pluming”.

The owner sent his son to come and repair the septic. The son was not sure of what he was doing and his father, the owner of the company, yelled at him over the phone several times while the kid was trying to do the repair. The son left and said his dad was going to have to come back and review the work. He left his tools and trash on my property. The owner says he came back but we never saw him, and wouldn't he have picked up his tools and trash if he came back? The septic is now making a loud humming noise and my electric bill is 4X what it normally runs since their service. I asked the owner, I think his name is Antony, to come back, but all I get is excuses. The only time he answered my calls and miraculously was able to review his work was after I wrote this review. I do not want a disgruntled technician on my property. He had many opportunities to review and confirm his work and gave multiple excuses why he was unable to make an appointment. I did ask for a discount because my home warranty wouldn't cover the work, but I did not receive one as Anthony stated he was doing the work for cost. I would never hire this company again. They sent a kid to do the work, left trash and tools, do not stand by their work, and my septic may not be fixed. Save yourself time and money, call someone else.

Highly recommend Texas Wastewater Environmental Solutions for septic tank service and pumping. They provided me with excellent service and gave me the best price.

I called several companies to price the pumping and cleaning of my aerobic septic and Texas Wastewater came in at the best price of $500 total and they even conducted a thorough checking of the whole system and showed up the same day and on time. This company went above and beyond in pumping and cleaning my tanks. I do not think you will find a better price as well as master in this field. I feel that this company is the real deal and really cares about the customer not only by providing excellent workmanship but also by providing excellent pricing.

Anthony and crew helped us fixed a septic back-up that occurred in the evening. He responded via text at 10:00 pm and showed up the next morning with a crew and started working. They were open and honest about the hourly rate and worked 3 days in a row to fix the piping from the house to the tank. We had a very old tank that hadn’t been serviced in many years and they were able to pump it out, replace the old clay lines that were blocked up with new piping and get my family back up and operating. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future. They made my current septic usable and we are working out details surrounding what makes sense for a potential new system. Honest hard working team and quick to respond.

They even came back and fixed all my sprinkler system pipes that were compromised in the job and replaced the landscape as well as they could.

It seems my experience is a bit of an exception as there seems to be many positive reviews, one of the reasons I was not hesitant to book Anthony’s services. Since they began installing our system we have had nothing but problems. It took longer than quoted, we lost water for a full day during and we have had the red light signaling a problem consistently since install was complete. They accidentally cut our main water line during the install and replaced it with a cheap bandaid that is now leaking water all over our yard, Anthony says this is “not my problem” even though his crew cut the line. He says it’s my responsibility to hire a plumber to come out and weld the line. He has said he is coming out to fix this issue every week for the past 4 weeks and he has not, meanwhile it’s getting worse and water is pooling in my yard right on top of a brand new septic tank that’s not functioning correctly. I have been more understanding than most with Anthony up until now but I have an $11,000 system that’s not working and a pond in my front yard so I may now be forced to take legal action.
