I had a water heater not working after moving in. They scheduled me for a Friday but worked me in earlier; on a Wednesday. The tech, Chad knew his stuff, quickly fixed it, wore boot covers to not track in dirt, and cleaned up his mess. If you need plumbing work done I recommend these people to everybody I know. On a Friday after noon, they showed up within an hour and fixed a semi major problem within an hour.
Chad was nice, understanding and quick to help.
Considering it was septic drain related, it was pricey but I feel like getting it handled quickly was worth it. Also gave me a couple good tips for easy clean up.

Discovering that our water heater was no longer providing hot water, we contacted Thad Ellet Plumbing. They were quick to respond with an appointment two days later. Joe and his assistant called ahead to inform us they were on their way, confirmed that our 16 year old heater needed replacement, checked a sink faucet and corrected the faucet problem.
Within three hours, our old water heater was removed, new one installed and work completed. Great job, kept us informed. Thanks so much Thad Ellet Plumbing!!

As a side note, Thad also installed our 16 year old heater when we came home to a flooded house AND INSTALLED IT the same day we discovered our old one had quit. So appreciate and recommend Thad Ellet Plumbing.

They made an appointment within the next 10 days for a bid, made a very reasonable bid for installing two new frost free hydrants, installing a new kitchen faucet and fixing a mop sink drain. As soon as we signed off on bid they made an appointment and were here within two weeks. Did great work, couldn't believe they got this all done in under 8 hours. Used a small trackhoe to dig down for water line which meant minimal disturbance to the yard. Very easy to work with, highly recommend. The quick turnaround was great.
