If zero star was an option, then it would be selected. Where do we begin…During the tour were shown the model, which was impeccable. Very misleading. Here were the following issues upon receiving the keys on day one after being told the unit was move-in ready and upgrades were installed. Nothing was upgraded.
1) Scratched stove top
2) Refrigerator seals hanging off and couldn’t keep cold
3) Baseboards missing chunks and paint
4) Brand new flooring was scratched due to maintenance dragging kitchen appliances through apartment
5) Ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off
6) Toilet bowl had a deep scratch
7) Toilet paper holders were moved, holes never patched or repainted
8) Sides of drawers in vanities were missing chunks
9) Bathtub was missing pieces of coating and had to be redone twice after move in
10) Sand volleyball court was riddled with weeds
11) Basketball court had no\ hoops and tire streaks everywhere
12) Tennis court didn’t have a net
13) Grills were rusted out and not usable (this was posted as an amenity… inaccurate)
14) Porch had to be repainted because of scratches
15) Washer was rusted out and would flake rust into laundry
16) Upon move-in, there was water coming up from underneath the flooring. Washer was leaking underneath the floor when ran
17) Dryer had duct tape residue which stained clothes
18) A/C unit inside the closet was absolutely filthy
19) There were no seals on the two sets of sliding doors (could easily stick fingers through) which resulted in no insulation and loud outside noise
20) All A/C vents needed to be taken out to be cleaned
21) Inside doors of closets were rusted and needed to be repainted
22) Guest bathroom shower would not drain
The management apologized, and some items were fixed, but the amenities were not. Property manager met one on one and did a complete walkthrough and said “concessions would be made” to our account, but this never happened. Dishonest.
Fast forward two months, a domestic violence event happened where a window was broken and blood spots were in the common area of our building. Fast forward a few more months, there were bullet casings on the ground. When Management was made aware, they failed to address the community and said call the cops. Apathetic. Fast forward two months, cars were broken in and Broward Sheriff Office knocked on our door asking for a statement.
The trash area was repulsive and emanated a nauseating smell. We had at least 7-8 raccoons every night raiding the trash. Management would drive by the trash on the ground and not address or care.
Gates frequently were broken, and cars tailgated into the property, which compromised safety of the property.
Even after all of this, the rent was increased 10% with little to no justification. Changes were minimal to the unit and property.
We were sent to collections because Management wrote down the wrong forwarding address and deactivated our account on the payment dashboard with no notification. So, there was no way for us to pay the outstanding utility balance. We received no call or email from Management notifying us of an outstanding balance.
The location of the property is inconvenient with an atrocious light signal timing system (you will frequently wait 4+ minutes to get out of the property).
Overall, do NOT stay at this place. Management is deceivingly nice and pretends to care, but their actions speak differently.

I recently visited The Asher with a friend and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service we received. Indhira greeted us warmly and took the time to understand my friend’s preferences and budget. Her professionalism, friendliness and dedication to customer service was impressive. The amenities and clean and beautifully maintained common areas were also impressive . The apartment we viewed was spacious and exactly what she needs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with great apartments and outstanding customer service!

NO words can explain how I loved this place, I only lived there a year, and had to vacate, I cried the last 15days before I had to move due to $180 that’s was over the amount I couldn’t go over, which I think was very crazy a unit will be empty for months collecting no funds, that’s loosing thousands of dollars, but wouldn’t honor me a unit that would collect funds but $180 short. Is Crazy beyond me. Some time you have to look at the bright side of a good tent that takes good care of the place all ways on time with rent, than a tent that have the $180 extra then tear done the place cost u $$$ in repairs. I’m still homeless now because I had to move and wait until I can find something that’s $180 less. But I guess God had other plans for me I’m just hoping one day I could move back there, I was in love with my place very comfortable environment. Even though I was heart broken, i still give them a 5star.

First, I have to express how beautiful and well maintained this property was when I visited. My family and have been searching for an apartment and happen to just walk in at this location.
We were immediately greeted by a Ms. Indhira, who was welcoming and extremely pleasant, she was attentive and considerate to what we were looking for and had answers to all our questions. She exhibited professionalism and kindness through the entire process.
On our tour, we notice that the entire complex is thoroughly taken care of, the apartments shown were spacious and beautiful, which is what we are searching for in our new home.
We are now seriously considering choosing this property after our wonderful visit. thank you again Ms. Indhira for the wonderful tour and attentiveness we received from you.
I would highly recommend giving this property the time, you will not be disappointed.

Living at the Asher has been a challenging experience. Upon moving in, I encountered several issues, including a non-functional dishwasher, malfunctioning outlets, clogged drains, and a missing patio screen. When I raised these concerns, the leasing manager expressed confusion instead of providing solutions. Over time, I discovered a pest problem that was only addressed after multiple requests and threats of legal action.
A subsequent incident caused my apartment to flood, damaging many of my belongings and leading to a mold issue. While I eventually received some repairs, they were insufficient, and only were addressed due to threats of legal action- and I faced additional problems with the fridge breaking repeatedly. They attempted to blame us for having the freezer filled too much, so we ditched all our food and repurchased a much smaller amount, only for it to still be broken and waste another round of groceries. The community has issues with security, including frequent car break-ins, towing of residents' registered vehicles, and harassment at the pool area. Communication with the office staff has also been frustrating, with limited support provided. Overall, the rent does not align with the quality of living here. On a positive note, Alex the head of maitenance, is a true pleasure and is the one great thing about residing in this community.

Alisha in the leasing office is litrally the best. She was patient, honest and upfront about everything. She was so heart warming which made my husband and I fall in love with the place even more. Thank you Alisha 🙂 While touring, we got the feel of the neighbors and the environment itself is quiet and friendly. The units are spacious and talk about natural lighting!
