Deya and Michael made an exceptional team yesterday 3-18-25. Looking for a car for our 16yr old they understood the safety that my wife and I were looking for. They showed and explained to us the options in the Crosstrek. They built value in the brand which helped us believe in them and the brand as well. We honestly believe for the price point we couldn't put our kid in safer vehicle. Their no pressure approach was breath of fresh air. Abe in finance was great to deal with too, he was super chill and didn't go too fast which made us feel relaxed. We couldn't be happier, what a great day. Everyone went above and beyond. They even took the time to explain the Service Drive to our son. Thank you all for a memorable experience, we will never look at Subaru's the same again. 5 stars from this guy. Cheers - Sal

My first time using Autobarn to service our Subaru. I scheduled an appointment online easily, but wish there were more time slots available. Had to order a replacement covering for one of the mirrors. It was ordered and arrived fairly quickly. I was then able to schedule an appointment within a week. Service was polite and there was a nice waiting area with snacks. They washed the car which was a nice perk. Would use them again.

They really saved the day! My car needed a repair that another garage had missed on a recent inspection. Countryside squeezed me in right away, communicated clearly and honestly throughout the process, and got me and my kiddo back on the road. They charged a fair and accurate price and didn’t try to upsell me or include anything unneeded. From what I observed in the waiting area, that seemed to be the case for all their other customers as well. Very grateful for all their competence and care!

Another great purchasing experience! Lou reached out to me last week about trading in my vehicle. I wasn’t really sure but said we could discuss when I came in for my service appointment. Wonderful experience with Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside. I worked with Carlos who inspected the vehicle for maintenance, recalls and services that needed to be performed based on the mileage of the vehicle. No unnecessary charges, fees or "robbery". I was shown in plain black & white, what was needed to be done and why the vehicle needed it. Also pleased with the waiting room area, show room vehicles and free coffee/ food offered. Waiting time was as expected, a bit longer than an hour. I wouldn't have my VW ATLAS serviced anywhere else.
