Michael is personable, professional, available, and knowledgeable. He is the calm in any storm that comes your way during the selling and buying process. He has a wide knowledge base, not just in dealing with buying and selling homes, but also regarding renovations, inspection results, market trends, etc. His advice was spot on in every single situation that arose. He also has a network of tradespeople to assist with last minute repairs that may be needed to pass inspection and make buyers happy with their decision to purchase your home. Highly recommend him!!
