Inspector Kevin was very thorough and looked at every single detail throughout the house and pointed out both small and big issues. I worked him twice, and would love to work with him again in the future.
Folks answering the phone and assisting with appointments were also very kind and detailed.
Report generated was clean and easy to understand, and captured every important aspect.

Will was very thorough throughout the inspection. He kept asking me questions and my thoughts on things about the house. He noted issues and explained things as we were going through the walkout. He also answered my questions and did a run through of the things he would prioritize and take care of first. Then I received a full report through email later in the evening. Thank you Will.

The sewer inspection was a day later and I was unable to attend. They sent me report and a video and talked through the video explaining what was going on with the pipe. It was informative and helpful.

Will was great, he made the inspection process very easy. He started off by asking any specific areas of concern we had and went on to do a very thorough inspection of the entire property. As he was going through the house, he would take breaks to explain things he found to keep us in the loop. The report came later that afternoon and was very detailed. Highly recommend this company for house inspections

Brick Kickers did a great job inspecting a North Shore property I was interested in purchasing. The two inspectors answered all my questions to the best of their experience and were very thorough in pointing out all the “little” issues that could potentially become “bigger” issues down the road. Definitely recommend opting for the sewer scope! They provide the footage in your report as well as photos of all the other areas that need attention. The digital binder they provide is helpful if you’re a first-time homebuyer or if you need help staying organized. Would use them again!
