Our company has been calling on "The Computer Guy," Gary, for service for over 6 years. He is a very honest and a thorough computer service technician. Gary is very friendly and eager to answer all your questions in a language you can understand 🙂 He is very quick to get back with us when we call to request service and sometimes he is even able to walk us through what we need to do over the phone. We have had instances where our computers have completely cashed on us. He was able to return us to full operation in just a couple days. I dropped my external hard drive losing years of photos and hard work. I went to The Computer Guy and although he attempted to bring up my photos he was unable to do so since my drive was badly damaged. Gary sent the drive out for retrieval services. Although The Computer Guy was not able to do this service and it subsequently cost me a bundle of money I had done my research and appreciated his honesty. It took a few weeks for the turn around and throughout the process Gary kept me appraised of where I was in the process and he was optimistic. My work was retrieved and I have since backed up everything on a second external hard drive. Hopefully I won't need computer repair or external drive services again but The Computer Guy will be my first choice! Thank you.
