Our experience has been amazing since moving to the Elliott apartments. It's such a beautiful and peaceful property with so many unique amenities and floor plans. We had an outstanding and seamless experience with Christelle! ✨ She was so kind, professional, and attentive. You can tell that she genuinely cares and went out of her way to answer all of our questions and make us feel at home. The choice to move here was easy, especially with Christelle’s service.

There's a really nice co-working space with desks and private rooms for those who work from home. The property is clean, safe, and very peaceful. 10/10 recommend. 🙌

This place Slays. I love it here. Brand new, amazing amenities, friendly people, right next to shopping and stores, not far from beach nor Tampa and friendly front staff who put on community events! Yay the Elliott!

To anyone reading this, by far the best place to live. Just moved in recently and had the best experience with the team! Everything was great from the beginning to end! Process was extremely fast which I loved the most since I needed to move asap! And I was even left a little welcome gift. They host events for the community, which by the way totally looking forward to those! Angel who was the person who helped me through the process was so kind and professional! Thank you Ms. Angel

Where to start…this complex has amazing amenities, the floor plans are fantastic but the highlight is the staff! The leasing team and grounds team are nice and punctual. I worked directly with Angel who (true to her name) was a godsend! I leased the apartment site unseen but she took the time to walk me through everything and answer all of my questions. Took me on a tour and explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I had all my questions answered. 10/10

I wanted to give a huge thanks to the whole team! They made my move in experience smooth and amazing! The leasing team was so amazing! I toured the property with Angel and then Hunter, Christelle and Paige helped a ton during the application process! They made my move in so smooth and stress free!! Chris, Estéfano and Jon made sure the apartment was perfect, clean and ready for my move in and Ronnie and Estarwin keep the grounds amazing. Truly such a great apartment and team!

The Elliott is a stunning property with exceptional staff and amenities. My family and I have been here for a few months now, and it is difficult to find words to express how impressed we are with the beautiful amenities, community activities and functions, quietness, and upkeep of the property. Not only are the residents of this community extremely friendly, but the office staff at the Elliot are also very nice people who are concerned about our happiness while living here. Paige, the leasing office manager, is very personable and always willing to take your call to make sure everything is okay; she is an excellent representative for this community. Angel and Hunter are always friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, the maintenance crew here is fantastic! Chris, Jon, Estarwin, and Ronnie respond quickly to any maintenance issue, no matter how minor. When you submit a request, they arrive at your door within an hour to resolve the issue. My family and I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a great place to live.

“First 2 months Free!!!!!!” My wife and I came to look at our child’s future home. The property speaks for itself. The leasing office, the pool area, the gym, and the apartments are all filled with state of the art appliances or equipment. I had the honor of meeting Chris (Head of the Maintenance team), Bryan, and Jon. I also had the honor of meeting Angel (Leasing Professional). She is extremely polite and knowledgeable of not only this amazing property, overall the industry itself. If you are seeking a new home in Land O’ Lakes area, I highly recommend this community to you. The property is convenient to all of your needs. (I.e.: shopping, medical facilities, fuel, or additional storage facilities) Their pet friendly!! Be sure to ask about their Preferred Employer Program. The office staff are outstanding Paige (Community Mgr.), and Jenn (Assistant Community Mgr.) were great as well. Don’t take my word for it, just go visit to see your future home. Ask for Angel.
