I had one of the best experiences of my life with the green of Chevy chase I worked with the staff was absolutely 100% amazing.

I was on life-support last year and it seems like ever since I was on life-support life’s just been really hard but the leasing agent was incredibly helpful. The application was easy. In the move-in is swift.

You definitely want this to be your one stop shop for a nice new beautiful huge apartment that is very clean and affordable and a wonderful neighborhood

Couple of days ago I was on a tour here. Be aware!!! Cockroaches are everywhere! Rude stuff! Pictures look good, but this apartment is something!

Have you ever heard of ZOOM ing or skype ing experiences to take the apartment tour! Yes it was here in Chevy chase. I was in Germany and had to move out to chicago in few weeks and i had to book the apt before i had to come. Miss. Breanna Glover, went all out of her way to show the tour of the many Vacant apartments of all types which ever i asked for and Wow... i booked my Lovely apt with great views and got me keys the day i landed in Chicago. My apartment view is the best i ever had.. lovely and great gesture from Miss. Breanna , so nice to unknown residents and completed all my paper work online.. And you know what all these happend during non- Corona days🤪...
She is kind enough to follow up with me during Germany business hours and helped me with all the details i looked for..
One should come and experience the stay here not just for the amenities this community offers but also for the love, support and Care from the office crew..

I lived at my apartment here for 2 years and I have had nothing but good experiences. The maintenance crew is very kind and responds quickly, the location is great, the rent prices are reasonable, and the office staff and landlord have all been more than accommodating. They went above and beyond and I fully recommend this place! I would have continued to stay here if I wasn’t moving for work.

Overall one of the best properties in the neighborhood. From what I saw, most of the units are rehabbed and in great shape. The leasing office has always been super helpful, and also their maintenance crew is outstanding. If you ever have an issue, they’re super quick to react and help you out. If you are looking for an apartment in the area look no further, they are the best.

Stayed at the Green at Chevy Chase Apartments for over 2 years and don't have any complaints. Maintenance was fast and efficient and the leasing office worked with me when I had relocation issues. Ladies working in office are friendly and the location is just an overall calm and quiet community. Would recommend.

The thing I like most about this property is the maintenance staff. Wow they are on top of it!
Their attention to detail, quick yet precise execution to the needs of my apartment, and how friendly they are.
Bob in particular has been the supervisor for my past building as well as my current one.
He is fantastic! He understands the importance to a tenant of a clean and safe home and follows through with every request. Thank you Bob and to all of the Maintenace staff. You rock at your jobs!
