I had the opportunity to stay at The Greenpoint building for a week during a business trip, and I absolutely loved it. The building is beautiful and located in an ideal area with great amenities. Its proximity to the water and the ferry system made it easy for me to travel into the city. The gym is top-notch, and the building has plenty of common areas. The surrounding areas are also growing and developing. I was able to see two living areas, both of which were clean and made good use of space. The studio I stayed in had a bed that retracted into the ceiling when not in use. Despite being a bigger guy, I was initially concerned about its stability, but it worked well. The Lounge area was a perfect meeting area with a killer balcony. The KAWS sculpture was cool. I don't get it, but it's very artistic. I only wish the rooftop access was a little higher, but it still provided a secluded area with great views. I used the Garden area well to get out and enjoy a quite secluded place to work. I spent a lot of time there. Everyone I encountered, living or working in the building, was terrific. This would be my top choice if I needed permanent residence in NYC.

Great building to work with! Staff is professional, friendly and resourceful. As a Dog Walker that goes to many buildings in the area, The Greenpoint is one of my favorites. The staff somehow always remembers everyone’s names and units, which makes my job a lot easier. Thank you.

I lived at the Greenpoint for just over two years and absolutely loved the building. My unit was well constructed, beautiful, and I had very few issues with anything during my time there. Most importantly, the staff - especially Don, Justin, and Ati - were always incredibly helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend the Greenpoint to anyone looking for a new place!

Have lived here for 4+ years and have really enjoyed it. Would probably be 4 stars if it weren’t for the concierge and maintenance staff. They’ve made this place home and when the time comes to leave I’ll definitely miss their friendliness!

I lived at the Greenpoint for three years and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartments are spacious and are made with quality parts and appliances. The service here is fantastic, they have staff available 24/7 for your needs and they are incredibly friendly. Don was a fantastic concierge who always greeted me by name with a smile. Don always helped me anytime I needed. Justin and Rich in the package room were always friendly as well and happy to help me out with my package arrivals. Great people great place!
