I’ve been here since 2016 and it was great until 2020. The community/property started going down, but the rent is continually going up. Residents don’t get to enjoy the amenities they are paying for. The gate is always broken, even when it gets fixed it will be broken again. The breezeway is always dirty and filled with bugs. The lighting in the complex is always out. The internet that is included in your rent goes out at least once a month, but you still have to pay for it. The pools are cleaned once a year. During the Spring/Summer the pool/club house/gym is a hang out for teens (that live here and don’t live here) and nothing is done about it. When you try to call the office, good luck trying to get someone pick up the phone. I am a current resident that expressed this to management, but I was ignored & the only thing that changed was the once a year rent increase. I can continue with the negative, but I will end on a positive note. I love the inside of my apartment. It’s very spacious and gives a comforting feeling.

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I love my new home. The entire staff and workers are amazing! They are always kind and eager to help. It is clean and quiet here and pet friendly. If you are looking for a safe happy place, look no further. You have found it!

The apartments themselves are nice. Well until they start leaking water. The last few days it has been raining really bad yesterday June 4,2024 to be the worst. Well upon going in my bathroom at 9:30 or so last night i see there is water all over the middle of the bathroom floor. I reported the issue to maintenance sent photos… i do truly understand they were not gonna come out that late so i put towels down. Got an alert this morning that the request was delayed.. upon reaching out i was notified they had to contact the vendor. I never heard anything back so when i arrive home at 5:45 pm i go to the leasing office asking about the order.. only to be told that my issue was at the mercy of the vendor. That they would not come out while it was raining and the young woman in the office told me it would be raining mostly up until Friday. Again telling me there was nothing they could do. (You can fight for your residents and demand they come fix the leak..)I would get if it were a dishwasher or something minor it is a ceiling leak from i dont know where after HARD rain. I was told to also put something up under where i thought it was coming from until then. Mind you they asked just a couple of weeks ago for the residents to put a 5 star review on the site. They want five star reviews with one star service. Instead of resurfacing the pools how bout you actually fix the maintenance issues people have. The rent is too high to have this kind of service. There’s trash EVERYWHERE ALL THE TIME grass is barely kept up. But they want a good survey. Crazy how the residents are expected to keep up their end of the lease and them slack on theirs. Not to mention back to the leak wouldn’t it make sense for a vendor to fix the water leak if it was raining so you can see where in fact the leak is from? Im sure the rent will go up when time to resign just like the amount garbage and trash around the neighborhood.

I think what most tenants look for is upgrades and improvements. Let's be honest rent isn't cheap these days. To see upgrades and improvement make tenants feel like the money is Worth paying....... Best place I've lived!!! Keep it up!

Over three years as a resident and I have to admit that it is nowhere near worth what they will charge you. As stated in previous reviews, the gates are always broken (for months at a time no less), trash left all over the grounds, public bathrooms are never stocked and are disgusting, doors and locks to common areas broken off for years at a time, 18-wheeler trucks parked in the lots, nothing upkept, and hard to reach management. They like to claim they are making upgrades but when you replace flooring in the gym to carpet while ignoring broken equipment or holes in the walls, it's honestly comical. The pool gets closed often and without any notification to residents of the closure or even the length of time to expect. This year they even decided to resurface the pool. While that sounds like a great idea on paper, they decided to wait until May to even begin. The only thing I can give a positive review about is the maintenance team. They are always working and always professional. Overall, if anyone has ANY other option, I would recommend you take it instead of this place.

I love my new place at The Grove at Stone Park. Since I've been here Alicia Dominguez been the best she's really sweet don't have a problem helping you. Her personality her smile is amazing I love her. Me and my kids love out here if you thinking about moving pick The Grove at Stone Park I promise you won't regret it.
