This company is great. For years, I used a very large company for all of my regular maintenance and repair work. They were more about making money than helping or having concern for their customers satisfaction. The Heat Engineering company is a local business and family run. Most of their employees have been with them for many years and are very loyal and happy with their jobs. It shows in the quality of work that they provide, including the great ladies who answer the phones and work in the office. I am so glad I made the switch. Wish I had done it a long time ago!

On a chilly winter Monday, our heater stopped working, and I called them at 10 a.m. By 11:30 a.m., Jimmy V had arrived, diagnosed the issue, and had our heater up and running. His expertise and courteous demeanor made the experience seamless. The quick turnaround was impressive, especially considering the short notice. STEVE MC was our serviceman. He was excellent. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the humidifier in an efficient and timely manner. He answered all my questions thoroughly and demonstrated how to operate all parts of the humidifier. He comes highly recommended.

Great Company! Super professional and friendly. The staff (Sales/Installers) are all very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were able to provide fair pricing for a new furnace and offer maintenance and services with a superior warranty on labor (1 Yr.) and parts (10 Yrs.) and Heat Exchanger (Lifetime). I would highly recommend working with them and Bryan Papania (Sales) is wonderful to work with (Very responsive to emails, calls) and understood what I needed.
