The restaurant is very beautiful with flowers hanging around the ceiling and walls.
The tables are decorated with flowers and cutlery.
A big window that makes you enter the restaurant, it is always nice to eat pancakes.
We were disappointed because we had a big plate with a large pancake but it was poorly filled.
We paid for the pancakes and a bit of food on the top.
The salad was just a few lettuces with a bit of avocado, very simple. I can do it at home myself.
The service was very good and the atmosphere was jovial and happy.
The customer seems to enjoy the food and they were very talkative.
The restaurant has plenty of tables downstairs also where the toilets are.
I would recommend this place if you are gluten free but I would not come back.

The hotel was great and the location quite convenient close to underground station. But what really made the difference was the kind service of the reception staff. Elena, Tomi, Nicole and another Italian guy whose name I can’t remember were quite helpful, resourceful and very nice! Always willing to help and always with a (genuine) smile on. Food from the room service was also reaaaally good…thanks all and hopefully see you next time!

Not exactly what we were looking for at our stay in London. When we checked in, we were pretty surprised that the lobby/restaurant/coffee bar appeared to be a coworking space. Every single chair and space was occupied by a twenty-something all working away on their laptop. This was the situation for weekdays from the morning until later in the evening, Saturday did empty out a bit, but it did not make us want to eat nor drink anything at the restaurant and this was the only hotel on our trip that we did not eat or get cocktails at.

When we checked into our room, we went upstairs to find that the room we had been assigned was occupied by someone already! We went back downstairs, and probably should have called it and went to another hotel at this point. The staff was kind and offered us a drink voucher for the bar (that was handwritten on a piece of paper), but they seemed fairly inexperienced and definitely unorganized. Someone who we rode the elevator up with had to go back because the staff forgot to write her room number down for her so when she got to her floor she didn’t know where to go.

The hallways and corridors are dark and narrow and not particularly inviting. The rooms are cramped and were decorated nicely, but again, this was not the type of stay we were expecting based on what we read online and the photos.

We used our drink voucher at the coffee bar in the morning of check-out, and the staff there too messed up our order and was visibly distressed trying to deal with the mornings orders. Our entire stay, we didn’t notice any senior staff and everyone was very kind and helpful, but it seemed like they needed guidance from someone senior in the hospitality sector to provide a more inviting experience to guests opposed to students/workers who want to use the lobby for working.

Would certainly stay here if we were younger and looking for a younger crowd and more energy to mingle with, but at this point in our trip we were looking for a cozier place to wind down after walking around London, and the Hoxton wasn’t for us. Appreciated the staff as everyone was very kind, but this experience was not what we were looking for in our stay. We did not get four-star hotel service, nor did we feel the price was worth our stay.

The rooms are quite small and cute however not so practical.. you need to ask for cleaning and toiletries as they are not in the room. It’s quite expensive however I guess it’s London prices. Cute and hip but expected more. However, the staff was really helpful! And location is great as being close to Oxford street yet peaceful area

So this was confusing. I stayed in the biggie, but there was no view. The toilet is small, I need an elongated tall toilet but The location was sooo awesome next to everything walking distance and next to the subway tube and a grocery store right next door. The shower was so small I kept hitting my elbow on the shelf but the shower-head was the best I’ve ever used. There is no counter space for makeup, there is only 100cubic sq inches but the service staff was just great and responsive and kind. The mattress was too hard for me and the sound from the hall was a little annoying but the lobby is always hoppin, kinda fun. Overall the pros way outweighed the cons

I had the most lovely stay recently at the Hoxton! Great location (super close to the Holborn station), and lounge to work in or just hang out. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. Special shout out to John behind the bar in the lounge area. What exceptional service. He’s clearly a top-notch bar tender that I’d normally expect find at a specialty cocktail bar; and he definitely up-leveled the whole experience with his skill at making and recommending drinks, plus his attention to detail. All in all, I would definitely recommend!

As a hotel building itself is great with the best location and seems a very popular hang out place and food also no bad at all. But staying in the hotel is a different thing. The smell was so bad that it started from the lobby already and the corridors. The room is very small, the bed is too soft and there is a lot of noise when you move. Only a few handers are nailed on the wall, so you can hand your clothes one layer to another on the wall.

Stayed last week as part of a business trip, welcomed by the great front desk duo of Josephine and Georgia, they were very friendly, attentive and they sorted everything I needed very quickly. Enjoyed a quick drink in the lively lobby and the room was clean, comfy and everything needed after a long day.
