I honestly had such a great experience at this place. Everything from booking to check-out was smooth and super pleasant. The staff checked in with me daily to see if I needed anything, which was such a nice touch. The room was super clean and had everything I needed. I loved the optional dinner each night—so good! Breakfast showed up each morning with a smile, and Jessie was especially great—always friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights and thought the price was really fair. If you need snacks or water, there’s a little market about 3 miles away ( Holiday Harbor RV / houseboat rental). Overall, just an awesome stay! I wish your property prosperity and opportunity- thank you for an exceptional experience!

Book it! I wanted something that was not a Hilton in the city, something boutique in a beautiful environment, this place exceeded my expectations both in location and service. I own a boutique lodging facility near Crater Lake and as a highly rated resort, I understand what it takes. The manager Max was fantastic. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful, the room was spotless and had everything I needed and more, the breakfast service was spotless on. 10/10. Loved it and this will be my new spot when traveling from SoCal to Oregon.

This place is incredible! Absolutely gorgeous views, and so peaceful. The hosts are very kind and responsive. They checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were having a great stay. We stayed in the Treehouse, and were able to bring our dogs with us, which made this very special. They deliver breakfast to your room in the morning, and there are great local dog friendly hikes very close by. Highly recommend this place!

Nestled in the forest, our room was still full of windows and light! The staff were very helpful and although a'hotel', the whole set up and attention to our needs made it feel like a family run retreat. From the top notch communication to the lovely, room delivered breakfast, we would have loved to stay longer. The price was fantastic for such a well appointed stay. The Shasta Lake trail, 3 minute drive away, was a one hour loop with spectacular views. This experience was a big yes!

I recently stayed in the treehouse and felt like I was in another world. The authentic Indian dishes offered in the evening, the delicious breakfast choices, the helpful onsite staff, and even the little grey and big black & white cats who hung out on my front deck all contributed to a much needed feeling of home. The double-sided gas fireplace with crackling sounds & various heat controls was heavenly for a long soak in the jacuzzi bath. Stay here if you want some quiet time to dream.

Every time we come here it just gets better. It’s really a wonderful place to stay! Breakfast was also amazing. Everyone is just so nice.I will always come back to this hidden gem. They are dog friendly. My dogs are always so comfortable. It’s such a private little spot.

Hosting our yoga retreat at The Inn at Shasta Lake was an absolute dream from start to finish. The setting is nothing short of magical — serene, picturesque, and infused with a calming energy that makes it the perfect sanctuary for deep practice and self-reflection.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to — from the beautifully appointed rooms and nourishing meals, to the peaceful outdoor spaces that invited mindfulness and rest.

The yoga space itself was ideal — open, light-filled, and surrounded by nature. Our guests felt safe, supported, and inspired throughout the entire retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect environment to reconnect, recharge, and grow together.

If you’re considering hosting a retreat, do not hesitate — The Inn at Shasta Lake is a gem, and I’m already dreaming of coming back.

Great service, thank you! Check in was automated and easy. Staff were friendly and very responsive. Room was bigger than expected (Wood Pecker room) and it was fun being half way up trees that were 200 feet+ tall. Close to I5 and rail road tracks, but we enjoyed watching a few trains and our room at night was very quiet. Thank you The Inn at Shasta Lake for a great stay!
