Beware unethical "labor charges"!
When I originally called to set up the appointment, they told me the labor was included.
When Jesus and Ramos showed up, they said 30 mins were included, and after that it would be $150/hr. At no point did they divulge that it would be $150 regardless of whether they went 5 minutes or 60 minutes over the initial 30 minutes. I got charged $150 for an extra 10 minutes of "labor". The extra "labor" was a load of 5 small boxes that they took their sweet time retrieving after the 30 minutes expired. See picture. Jesus "gave me a deal" and took 5% off the $150.
When I called the corporate number, they told me that wasn't standard and that the branch manager would contact me withing 24 hours. I'm still waiting, 3 days later and another 2 phone calls later. I did speak to Jesus again, and he ended up telling me "that's just how I was trained" - you know someone is wrong when they have to fall back on that kind of explanation.
BBB complaint to follow.
There are much more ethical businesses out there. Go with someone who divulges fees up front and doesn't confuse an hourly fee is actually a flat fee.

Jesus and AJ at Junkluggers were incredibly fast, careful, and very friendly. I had some heavy pieces of furniture that needed to be removed quickly and they did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are fantastic..!
I received a bid and scheduled two trucks right away, although 4 would probably be needed.
After the first two I scheduled another truck as it was thought one more would be sufficient.
It wasn't so the fourth truck was scheduled and finally got all the junk removed.
They worked so hard to get it all on the last truck.
Very diligent, polite, friendly and hard workers.
Highly recommended to anyone in need of junk removal.
Will certainly use again if the need arises.
