I just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Nathan Privett who is Sales Manager at The Lake Doctors in Clearwater Florida. I was sitting at a gas station in Ruskin FL earlier today with a flat tire and no way to fix it. Nathan was coming out of the store and stopped to see what the problem was.
He proceeded to get some tools from his truck and started removing my destroyed tire. It was a challenging tire to get off, but he took the time and changed it for me plus put air in the half empty spare. He went above and beyond to help me. While he was working on it he told me a little about the company he works for. I am not in need of The Lake Doctors services but if I ever was I would be sure to call them just because I could see what a kind, knowledgeable man they have working for them. I can't say enough about the nice man that took his time to help me today. Hope his company appreciates his kindness and compassion. Thanks again to a great guy. Nathan, you are the best!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nathan Privett recently for retention pond maintenance. Let me tell you, he was professional, courtesy, prompt and informative of the process they would be taking. He had a very quick response time and turn around to get things going for us. Definitely recommend!!

I reached out to The Lake Doctors to hopefully help us with our fountain that was not working. Tyler came out promptly but unfortunately was unable to assist us. He then went out of his way to do some research for someone that my be able to and sent the information to me. They charge a fee for coming out and he was very generous in working with us on that fee since he was unable to help us. I would totally recommend them if you have fountain issues!! In todays climate of very sad customer service he is a true asset to the Lake Doctors team!!!

Special shout out to Joseph Krueger. He is professional and has great communication skills, calling when he's on site and asking if I have any concerns with our community pond. He is thorough in his care of our pond and it's never looked better. Very appreciative of his great work!

I can’t say enough good things about Lake Doctors and the technician Nick. He keeps our pond looking pristine year round. He sprays it to keep the algae down, yet doesn’t hurt the wildlife. He also keeps our fountain clean and flowing properly. If you want a consistent company, hire these guys!

Joey is amazing. I manage an RV Resort in Lutz. Joey keeps me informed on my lakes and gives me so much information. He is super knowledgeable in his career. He is always on time. Our lakes always look amazing for our guests coming near and far to visit our property.

Joey is fantastic. I manage a large condo in Safety Harbor with two lakes and demanding owners. Joey keeps our lakes looking great. He is always on time and his communication with the property couldn’t be better. I never wonder what is going on with the lakes.
