I just want to start off by saying that these 5 star reviews are complete lies ! This apartment complex in its entirety is complete TRASH !!!! I find it comical that the leasing office agents are writing reviews about how great of a complex it is and even replying to themselves but had the audacity to move me into the dirtiest unit ever. I moved in October 19th 2024 and after 3 weeks of failed attempts to have them fix my apartment issues or at least move me into a different unit , the manager Giselle looked me in my face and said she would give me 1 day worth of credit towards my rent after expressing that my unit didn’t have a washer machine , the previous tenants pee was left on the toilet , the dish washer didn’t work and a plethora of other reasons. Maintenance sucks , I asked them to recaulk my bathtub , which they did but didn’t even scrap out the previous mold that grew from the previous tenant so it looked sloppy! When they bought in a new dishwasher from another unit from what I saw on my ring camera they left my front door wide open for about 5 minutes knowing it’s been complaints about roaches in the complex and then didn’t even sweep up the mess that was made before leaving , which upon cleaning up the residue I realized they gave me a dishwasher with roaches ! The last straw for me was when there was a large crack under my window pane that allowed bugs to crawl in from the outside ! When I reported this to management , they was in there looking stupid per usual. They have maintenance stop by to attempt to fix other issues which were never fixed and while he’s there I explain to him the issue with the crack , he then proceeds to fill the crack with BATHROOM CAULK ! I asked him “shouldn’t a professional contractor come out and take a look at this?” he responds and says “no this should be good once it dries you can paint over it” this place is just pathetic I had to hire a lawyer to send a 7 day notice to fix all of my issues. The complex management team as a whole are incompetent , irresponsible, unprofessional and unresponsive ! They never responded , then when I came in on November 15th 2024 to turn in my keys nobody had a blues clues what I was talking about ! Regardless of me getting a refund I only received $1420 of the $2200 that was spent to live here for less than a month ! Please save your time and money and look somewhere else ! This entire experience was stressful mentally and physically ! I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worse enemy !

The Livingston apartments is a wonderful community. They are fast and attentive. The community is quiet, clean, peaceful, and just the right size. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the surroundings. The office staff is great. They are very helpful. They worked with me every step of the way and they are always eager to assist the residents with the highest professionalism and friendliness.

One of the most smoothest move-ins I've ever experienced. Joey already took care of the concerns I had with my unit. Thanks to Joey and his professional service, I've already referred two friends to the Livingston Apartments. Glad I've found my place to call HOME.

I had a great experience moving. Joey was super helpful and got me into my apartment quickly and efficiently. This was key as I arrived with my moving van that was really important. The grounds are super and the staff is very friendly

I’ve lived at Livingston in Tampa for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The office staff is always friendly and attentive to every resident’s needs. They go above and beyond to ensure we feel heard and taken care of. Whether it's a maintenance request or just general questions, they’re always quick to respond with a helpful attitude. The team genuinely cares about making this a great place to live, and it shows in every interaction. The property itself is well-maintained, and the sense of community here makes it feel like home. Highly recommend!

I am overall displeased with this community. The management has been unresponsive and unreasonable with issues that have arisen. I have come out on the short end and lack confidence in my ability to live here fairly.
I also have noticed that employees of the complex are writing fake reviews using their own names! Not residents and a despicable effort to mislead the public. I have contacted the BBB and the complex refused to engage with any oversight.

We love this place and haven't had any issues since moving in a few months ago. The staff is very attentive to our needs and always willing to help. I would highly recommend The Livingston. No place is perfect, but The Livingston is truly great. While I have noticed a few negative reviews, it's important to consider the context—sometimes complaints come from past or current residents who might not reflect everyone's experience. If they’re that dissatisfied, why are they still here?

We recently moved in to our first apartment, and I have to say that Joey/Joseph has been an absolute pleasure to work with during the onboarding process! He is very attentive, quick to clarify any questions and I consider the whole process was very transparent. We really enjoyed working with Joey and so far we’re enjoying our new community ☺️
