Absolutely spectacular energy. Positive and adaptable. The HIIT class was stellar. It’s a prime group of welcoming people; I felt like I was back on the wrestling team in highschool doing circuit training. The circuit was even adapted to focus on my target areas (glutes need some mind muscle attention). Plenty of machines and equipment of all sorts, plus the knowledge to back it up.
