John Naser and his team at Pyra-Med did a PHENOMENAL job building my dream dental office!! First of all I want to say that John is very PROFESSIONAL and great at what he does. He carefully listened to my idea of how I envisioned the office to be and made it come true, even BETTER than what I had pictured in my head! He brought on board an amazing team of professionals - architects, designers and created a true masterpiece! Also his team finished the project in a timely manner! He is truly a PERFECTIONIST with attention to every detail. He added such finishing touches that I would never even thought of - from wall decor to ceiling illumination lights. He has a vision in mind that makes the project just come out better than expected! Also he considered my budget carefully and created an OUTSTANDING result with the understanding of my financial limitations and not trying to overspend. One thing that I really appreciate is that once the project was done - he didn't just disappear. He is always in touch with me (by his personal phone) and if anything comes up - he sends his team to fix an issue ASAP!

As an owner of a small DSO , I enjoy turning over practices , which often means buying , remodelling and selling , so to say the least I have seen it all when it comes to construction, and I can honestly say that after my experience with Pyra-Med, I will never work with anyone else. The first time we hired them , I was out of state and came back to a perfect Remodelled office that was one of many , I was amazed with the quality of the work they did compare to my other locations , it was on a different level that I had to hire thebbm again for my next big project . And in this last project , they TRULY outdone themselves , During this project , I was VERY involved, since this was my main office and it also included building a surgical suite and a and an in house lab . They were VERY patient with me , I changed plans on them over 7 times and they had to redo some of the work due to no fault of their own, and building a dental lab is even harder than a dental office and Pyra Med over delivered . Now I have MY DREAM office thanks to them , I wake up everyday feeling grateful for my wonderful office and my patients can not stop giving us 5 star reviews and talking about our office without even us asking for it. You truly get what you pay for and we got way more than we ever expected , John treated us like family , he added extra things that was not in our agreement and truly made me feel like he cares about my office like his own, and on top of all that , he stands behind his product like any professional should . Pyra-Med built my dental office, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. They listened to my vision, they asked in details the designs and materials, and they were executed with quality. They had efficient ways to build my office and the construction was done in 4 months. They went extra miles to get their construction done in the right way.
