Living independent at nearly 80 years of age, you can't imagine how blessed I feel to be living here at The Quarry Apartments. I have found that my apartment provides all the comforts and security that I have longed for and the elevator has been an incredible alternative to climbing stairs! Being retired now, I and my kitty can entertained nearly anytime by an assortment of beautiful fish right from my west facing balcony and my evenings by gorgeous sunsets. I have found my forever home!

Maintenance guy speeds thru the quarry in a mini bike and then questions me why I’m speeding to get home. You have to set an example if you wants the rules followed and maybe drugs test you guys too….( Eric )

Figured I should write a review after the awesome service from the new Maintenance Man! I finally have put in a work order and it was fixed right the first time, so happy to have him at the quarry! The place is so much cleaner, I see him working outside picking up trash, cleaning out the garbage area which in the past year has looked terrible! Walking my dogs the grounds look better but still need more work with the poop situation, I know there are two other guys working in maintenace or housekeeping As far as the office, the ladies in the office are very tentative. The pool is nice and warm, but the weekends get really busy, not sure everyone lives here though, with security it looks like families come from the island. We do have a dog park but I have never been in it with my pups, pretty small. The apartments are nice, I love sitting on my deck looking out at the water, a lot of times I see big fish out there and the sunsets are perfect.

The pool is very nice and I am happy to have 24 hour gym access. Stephanie, Tina, and the rest of the staff are great and very helpful. I love living at The Quarry! I did not think that an apartment complex suited my personal style, as I prefer rural living and privacy. Everything so far in my first year here has been very satisfactory and I am beginning to think of it as "home." Thanks to the great management and facilities staff, I am very pleased with this experience!

WOW what a great place to live. This place is great because of the staff primarily Tina. I have lived in so many places but have never been as impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness as Tina the assistant property manager. Key West has a shortage of housing so the stress level trying to find a place to live is high. Tina goes out of her way to help. No place is perfect and when there were issues it was handled immediately. You can't go wrong living at the Quarry.
