Relocating from out of state to Florida is daunting to say the least. However, Lisa McKay made our transition seamless and went above beyond the call of duty before, during, and after settlement. While on vacation and looking at properties, she spent hours with us daily. She drove us through Vero to familiarize us with the area. We submitted an offer on a home and it was accepted. Since we weren’t able to attend settlement, Lisa attended in our place. We weren’t ready to relocate until four months after settlement. During that time, she met with our contractor, took care of the bulk trash the seller’s left behind, changed the locks, and coordinated a move-in clean with a cleaning company she recommended. All we had to do was show up on move-in day! Lisa is very personable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with and knows the area like the back of her hand.
