This has by far been one of the best apartments I have rented from. The staff is responsive and the apartments are a great size. The wooden framing does provide an easy medium for sound to travel which I found to be a problem with listening to my upstairs neighbors walking/running and rolling things around. Can’t do much for that I suppose but otherwise it’s been amazing. The lake in the front and especially the back of the apartment are beautiful and really gives you a great slice of nature amongst the city architecture. Another thing is I have never had a bug issue with this complex and to date have not seen a single cockroach. I do however have some spider friends on patio but I like to think of them as extra security to keep the bugs away.

I moved into The Rialto a little over a week ago. The building is so clean and smells fresh. I entered a maintenance request and Luis came right away to fix my stopped toilet, my blinds, and my AC. Luis is very nice, friendly, and has excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable. Olivia assisted with my move-in has done an excellent job too. Writing this review to say I would suggest anyone and everyone apply to stay here. My wife and I moved here after having a very unpleasant 3 year lease at a separate apartment complex and this place really showed us what we were missing out on. Not just in the amenities and units themselves, but the SERVICE! Service is one of those things you maybe dont always think of when looking for complexes but the service here is amazing. Christian and Olivia were both wonderful at answering all my questions and assisting with making the move as smooth as possible. Very professional

The units themselves are also so nice and spacious. We also loved how new and up to date the complex is. Lastly, Louis who is one of the maintenance members is a damn legend and helped us move a very heavy amazon package to our unit in his own truck.. absolute legend. Cant say enough good things. Thank you guys!

I love living at The Rialto. This has been my favorite place to live because of the space in the apartments as well as the close proximity to everything. Christian, the Assistant Manager, is professional and helpful when addressing any issues. I saw them fix the gym equipment quickly when some of the cables wore out. The maintenance team here is also the best. They address requests quickly. Luis, the maintenance supervisor, works hard and tirelessly to make sure the property is in great shape. I see him working around the clock. Just noticed the new dog stations today!

I lived here for almost one year and rarely have any issues but every time Luis mercado from the maintenance team comes to my apartment for a request- he is in and out in less than 15 minutes. Such a great guy! Thank you!

On the other side of Hurricane Milton I want to share that I have not lost power or had any major flooding during any of the hurricanes that have come through since I moved in back in June of 2022. Our Spectrum WiFi is out, but everything else is operational and the parking garage is bonus shelter for our vehicles!
Also a big thank you to Luis and our maintenance team! I had a maintenance emergency the day before the storm that was addressed immediately and during the storm there was water leaking from my AC unit. Knowing the office wasn’t scheduled to reopen until Friday, I submitted a maintenance request and placed a towel at the door to prevent further water movement. Thu afternoon, once the storm had passed, Luis showed up with a shop vac. He had already flushed the outside lines and before the office even reopened my unit is back to normal…except the WiFi…hopefully soon!

The staff is AMAZING! Eliana and Christian are so professional, they help me all the time.
The Maintenance crew are so efficient and very helpful.
I really enjoy living here. Basically located in the heart of Dr. Phillips, in the building Everything is so clean and very well care.
